How time flies when you are having fun! Nyaman Gallery is celebrating its 5th anniversary today. We are very grateful for everyone's love and support towards the gallery and our artists who pour their heart and soul into their arts.

A nostalgic moment with the vintage look of wet plate photography collection by photographer Stephan Kotas. On display at Nyaman Gallery.

Using a camera that over 100-year old, a chemical process that hasn't changed since 1851, and many sessions of trial-and-error, the Bali-based/Prague-born photographer pays homage to the original process of light painting in this digital world. The result: one-of-a-kind archival object of art that will last hundreds of years.

"Gadis-Gadis Hutan", a drawing by our artist Bunny Bone, is beautiful and rich in ornaments, which take inspiration from Indonesia's diverse cultures. Her drawing collection is available at Nyaman Gallery. In addition, Bunny Bone teaches a drawing workshop at Nyaman Art Space on a regular schedule.

Tintypes are photographs made by creating a direct positive on a thin sheet of metal coated with a dark lacquer or enamel and used as the support for the photographic emulsion. Stephan Kotas is fascinated by the intricacy and originality of this technique, and share his joy through this process on limited-edition art prints displayed at Nyaman Gallery.
