Born in Israel and raised in the south of France, Emmanuel Cayere has been amazed by the magic of photography since a very young age. Its ability to stop the time, capture the truth and provide unlimited different perception of the world really fascinates him.

As an adult, Cayere decided to focus his mind on urban documentary photography. He then moved to New York and started his career as fashion and portrait photographer.

One horrible motorcycle accident, that injured his hands badly, inspired the young photographer and drove him to create this series of photographs as his appreciation of the hands, the organ that make humans creators. Many months spent to develop this project and it is proving to be a signature of his work.

L. Fauzi - Stop War

L. Fauzi`s paintings take us deep into the bizarre world of childhood, a complex father and son relationship, and elusive simplicity.

Fauzi uniquely illustrates his vulnerable springtime with fragile everyday objects, such as glass bottles, eggs and candles, forming surreal shapes and telling personal stories. His neat lines are firm, resembling a content elegance and experience. His blacks, whites and grays blend into strange and calming warmth.

Living a simple life, Fauzi is far from the western influences. The self-taught artist had never studied in art schools, sending his imagination running beyond the text-book boundaries.

Fauzi lives in Probolinggo, East Java and runs a little grocery shop. He delivers paintings to Nyaman Gallery every month or two.
